Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled On-Call IT Support Engineer in the Zwolle area to assist our local clients with both on-site and remote technical support. This is a flexible opportunity for a self-motivated IT professional experienced in Level 1, 2, or 3 support. When you work as an IT support engineer, your expertise is key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT Support across L1–L3 levels
- Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and support Office 365 users
- Work with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
- Support meeting room setups, desk installations, and IT hardware rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with end-users effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Support (L1–L3) roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, VPNs, and Active Directory
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to own transport
- Willingness to take on on-call shifts in the Zwolle area, as you will be the essential IT support engineer in this region.
