CNC Milling Setter/OperatorLocation: WellingboroughSalary: Competitive + OvertimeHours: DaysIndustry: Precision EngineeringLooking for a role where you can put your machining skills to good use on complex, high-precision components?We're working with a second-generation, family-run precision engineering business just outside Wellingborough, supplying critical components into aerospace, motorsport and other highly regulated industries. With around 50 employees on-site, they've built a reputation for quality, investment and looking after their people.Their modern machine shop is home to a range of 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machinery, offering the opportunity to work on challenging parts in a clean, organised and supportive environment where quality comes first.Key Responsibilities:· Set and operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components· Modify and edit programs to optimise machining performance and maintain component quality· Carry out in-process inspection using a range of measuring equipment to ensure components meet specification· Complete deburring, finishing, production documentation and basic machine maintenance activitiesWhat We're Looking For:· Previous experience as a CNC Milling Setter/Operator within a precision engineering environment· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical information· Experience using Fanuc-controlled machinery and editing offsets/programs· Reliable, quality-focused individual with strong attention to detail and a team-oriented approachIf you're a CNC Milling Setter/Operator looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established precision engineering business that values quality and craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.Click to apply and Kieran Evans will be in contact to discuss the finer details.
