CNC Live Tooling Lathe Setup Operator Full-Time Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 05/12/2026 Compensation: 18.00-26.00 / Hourly Benefit Offered: YES

Our client, a previsions metals manufacturer and machine shop, has an immediate need for an experienced CNC Live Tooling Lathe Setup Operator, to join their winning team in Pittsburgh.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• The CNC Live Tooling Lathe person needs to have about 5 years of experience setting up and running live tooling lathes.
• Knowledge of Y axis is a plus.
• Knowledge of Okuma lathes a very big plus!
• Must be able to edit programs at the machine. Main programming duties will be performed by the CNC programmer offline.
• A strong understanding of G and M codes is a must.
• A strong knowledge of turning and milling tooling is required.
• Ability to problem solve is a must.
