Cover Supervisor - KS3 and KS4 - Brighouse - Sept 2026

About the Role:

Justteachers is recruiting a motivated Cover Supervisor for a long-term supply role in a secondary school in Brighouse, starting in September. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lessons using work set by teaching staff across a range of subjects.
• Maintain a focused and productive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with their learning and encourage positive participation.
• Uphold school behaviour expectations and safeguarding procedures.
• Record attendance, behaviour and any relevant lesson information for staff.

Pre-requisites:

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
• Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged pupils.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Ability to provide two education-based references.
