Refund Documentation Specialist | Temporary for 6 months | English

The Refund Document Specialist plays a pivotal role in efficiently managing all Post-, Scanning-, Verification- and Archive-related processes within the PSVA department. This role requires delivering excellent service to internal stakeholders, staying updated with relevant knowledge and skills in the PSVA area, and collaborating closely with Customer Operations teams.

Please note that this position is with a 6-month temporary contract via secondment through Adams Multilingual Recruitment.

What will you do?

• You will work in an informal international office environment in Utrecht.
• Manage Post-, Scanning-, Verification- and Archive-related processes efficiently and on time.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations teams and other departments to ensure seamless workflows.
• Support your colleagues and other parts of the business in times of deadlines.

For this role, we are searching for someone who:

• You have a good command of the English language, verbally and in writing.
• You have an MBO education, with an affinity for administrative processes. 
• You are result- and service-oriented with an eye for detail.
• You are able to prioritise tasks effectively, balancing quality and deadlines.
• You have good communication skills.
• You know how MS Outlook and Excel work.
• Having knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a must.
