About the Role
We have an established Customer Voice feedback panel and we’re inviting you to take part to help to shape the experience and service our customers receive from us. The online panel allows us to gather valuable feedback, which we use to shape how we engage with our customers and the service that we provide to them.
Joining our Customer Voice feedback panel means we will ask you to complete short online surveys to gather feedback about different pages of our website, our communications and how we can continue to improve the service we provide to our customers across the North West. Surveys will be sent to you via the email address you provide during sign up.
