Waites Recruitment is looking for an experienced Site Manager to run one of their high-end residential refurbishment projects in London.
Our client is a super prime residential refurbishment contractor based in central London, and has two projects beginning in January 2022.
The project's are located in South Kensington and Paddington/Mayfair, and are both high-end refurbishments valued at £1.5m each. One is a listed London town house including structural altercations , the other a first floor apartment to a very high-end finish.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience running residential refurbishments of a similar value and to a high standard.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Good communication
• Sub-contractor management – be confident in managing and keeping on schedule
• Knowledge of the complete build process
• Good eye for detail
• SMSTS, 1st Aid, and CSCS card
