About the Role
We require Scrum experience of several years, along with some level of Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
Preferred would include experience and/or certification with SAFE as well. Experience with application development and application support also desired.
Required Education:
-Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years relevant experience required.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
-Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
-Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Scrum and understanding of the software development life cycle.
-Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
-Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.
-Strong interpersonal, networking, collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Experience navigating transformation in highly regulated industries is a plus.

Compensation:$70-75 hourly DOE
