Director – Engineering Consultancy

An excellent opportunity for a client-facing Director to help lead and grow a well-established engineering consultancy in Manchester. This is a strategic leadership role within a respected, employee-owned business delivering high-quality structural and civil engineering solutions across the UK.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in winning work and developing client relationships
• Strong consultancy background at Associate Director or Director level
• Ability to lead, grow and inspire high-performing teams
• Commercially astute with experience driving regional growth strategies
• Well-connected within the North West market

You will play a central role in business development, team leadership, and project delivery, working closely with the wider leadership team to expand the regional presence, particularly across the private sector.

This role offers the autonomy to shape and grow the Manchester office within a collaborative, people-focused consultancy known for technical excellence and long-term thinking.
