A busy, high-performing main dealer in Maidstone is looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to its existing front-of-house team.

This is a fast-paced aftersales environment where customer experience, teamwork, and communication are at the centre of everything, backed by a proven bonus structure, strong manufacturer training, and clear progression through accreditation.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Supporting the service reception team with day-to-day customer activity
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers from booking through to vehicle collection
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure jobs progress smoothly and efficiently
• Providing clear, professional updates to customers throughout the service process
• Highlighting additional work opportunities where appropriate and customer-led

 

Requirements

 

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or similar environment
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to stay organised in a busy, team-based aftersales environment
• Professional, calm, and confident when dealing with customers
• A collaborative attitude and attention to detail

 

Salary and Benefits

 

• £30,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus (average £6,000 per year)
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (1-hour lunch)
• 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:00am–12:30pm
• 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
