<p><strong>Assistant Site Manager | Resi Developer | Coventry | Up to £55k + Package</strong></p> <p>I have an assistant site manager vacancies available in Coventry for a residential developer.</p> <p>Mixture of Traditional build and Timber frame on houses.</p> <p>Main duties:</p> <p>The role includes:</p> <p>Ensuring the safe running of site is key. You’d be responsible for reinforcing the Home Safe procedures, maintaining a keen eye for detail and proactively ensuring compliance.<br /> Supporting in the Management of the onsite Construction and Customer Care responsibilities<br /> Ensuring that the effective compliance, control and deployment of the Construction and onsite Customer Care activities as per Company policies and processes, also managing defects post completion in a timely manner, delivering 5* customer satisfaction results.<br /> Liaising with all stakeholders and suppliers, both internal and external.<br /> Maintaining and establishing relationships, this extends to the local communities – engaging and working with local communities.</p>
