The Manager, Cyber Programs is a technical cybersecurity professional focused on tactical outcomes that support operational and strategic requirements. The Manager of Cyber Programs is responsible for facilitating intelligence-driven defense strategies and identifying systemic cyber risks that could impact critical infrastructure and financial stability. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in cyber operations with strong relationship-building and communication skills to translate technical analysis into actionable insights for both cyber experts and business leaders.<br />

Qualifications: <br />
• Strong understanding of adversary TTPs, kill chain models, and attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, Diamond Model etc.).<br />
• Proven experience providing cyber threat intelligence in complex environments.<br />
• Demonstrated expertise in threat hunting methodologies, tools, and techniques.<br />
• Experience developing metrics and KPIs to measure security posture effectiveness and program maturity.<br />
• Direct experience with threat intelligence platforms (TIPs), SIEM solutions, EDR/XDR platforms.<br />
• Integrates intelligence to enhance early warning and situational awareness.<br />
• Contributes to the organization's understanding of cyber risks with systemic implications.<br />
• Excellent communication skills with ability to brief both technical and executive audiences.<br />

Qualifications<br />
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience 8+ years in cybersecurity operations, including significant time in threat intelligence, security operations center (SOC), and/or threat hunting/detection roles.<br />
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.<br />
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance required.<br />
