Job Description
Provide first-level technical support for on-site field technicians during technology implementations.
Handle calls from technicians, vendors, and contractors, updating a tracking application as required.
Assist with troubleshooting issues encountered in stores during technology upgrades.
Communicate updates through email and other documentation as needed.
Participate in multiple technical rollout projects simultaneously, adapting to project schedules.
Complete required training and maintain necessary access to applications and systems.
Critical Information
On-site role, 4 to 5 days in the office.
Shift may fluctuate to accommodate evening projects and different time zones.
Paid training for 5 days a week with varying hours within the 8 AM to 8 PM window.
