Associate Director - Residential Estate Agency Tower Bridge, London OTE: Up to £100,000 Basic £32,000 to £38,000 (DOE) Car Allowance £5,500 Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 10:00am - 4:00pm An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Associate Director to lead a successful residential sales office in the Tower Bridge area. This senior leadership position is ideal for a high-performing estate agency professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, developing high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding client service within a competitive London property market. The successful candidate will be an influential leader and strong business developer, capable of inspiring a team while maintaining a hands-on approach to winning new business and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a successful residential sales team Create a high-performance and positive branch culture Set and manage individual and office sales targets and KPIs Drive new business generation and increase market share Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions Monitor branch profitability, revenue, and expenditure Deliver accurate management reporting and branch performance analysis Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints professionally Ensure full compliance with property legislation and company procedures Oversee operational standards and improve branch processes Monitor competitor activity and local property market trends Requirements 5-10 years' estate agency experience Minimum 4 years' experience within a management or senior leadership role Strong knowledge of the London residential property market Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and branch KPIs Strong valuation and instruction-winning ability Established local network and business contacts Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of residential property legislation and compliance Full UK driving licence preferred Package & Benefits OTE up to £100,000 Competitive basic salary plus commission structure Generous holiday allowance plus public holidays Birthday leave Health cash plan Employee assistance programme Charity matching and payroll giving Eye care contribution Annual flu vaccination vouchers Additional company benefits linked to seniority This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate Director looking to progress within a highly successful and growing property business in Central London.
