IT Project Manager Outside IR35

<p>IT Project Manager </p> <p>6-12 month initial contract </p> <p>Outside IR35</p> <p>Hybrid Aberdeenshire</p> </p> <p>£450-500 per day </p> </p> <p>We&#8217;re looking for a confident, people-savvy IT Engagement Project Lead to take the reins on a portfolio of global IT initiatives, driving them from idea to delivery and ensuring real business value along the way. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people and process, and who thrives in environments where collaboration, pace and change are the norm.</p> </p> <p>You&#8217;ll own projects end-to-end, leading cross‑functional teams (internal and third‑party) and ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to expectation.</p> </p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>**Lead and motivate global project teams across the full project lifecycle<br />**Define scope, manage requirements and evaluate technical solutions<br />**Oversee configuration, commissioning, validation and acceptance<br />**Support implementation and business change management<br />**Produce clear project plans, reports and governance updates<br />**Engage with senior stakeholders and IT Steering Committees<br />**Ensure smooth handover into Service Delivery and run post‑implementation reviews<br />**Champion continuous improvement in delivery and ways of working</p> </p> <p>Skills &amp; Experience:</p> </p> <ul> <li>**Strong experience in IT project management, ideally in a global environment<br />**Confidence working with Agile tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Scrum, Kanban)<br />**Experience delivering projects in secure cloud environments (Azure or AWS)<br />**A solid grasp of business analysis, change management and stakeholder engagement<br />**Exposure to data governance, insights or analytics (Power BI desirable)<br />**Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across cultures<br />**A structured, analytical mindset with the confidence to lead independently</li> <li></li> <li></li> <li>If interested please apply or call Craig for more information. </li> </ul> <p>Cathcart Technology is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.</p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/Y3J1c3NlbGwuOTk4NDYuMTEzMDlAY2F0aGNhcnRhc3NvY2lhdGVzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif"></p>
