About the Role
<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate, install, repair, and maintain sheet metal and duct systems.</li>
<li>Assist with the assembly and installation of HVAC equipment as required.</li>
<li>Install hangers, supports, and related system components.</li>
<li>Perform field fabrication of sheet metal and duct systems.</li>
<li>Plan and adjust work sequences to meet project schedules and deadlines.</li>
<li>Manage materials efficiently to support timely project completion and minimize waste.</li>
<li>Inspect work in progress and completed installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.</li>
<li>Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition and ensure timely maintenance.</li>
<li>Collaborate effectively with general contractors, owners, customers, and project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Mentor and support apprentices and laborers by promoting productivity, quality workmanship, and skill development.</li>
<li>Foster continuous improvement in work processes, procedures, and team performance.</li>
<li>Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>
<li>Load and unload materials, equipment, and deliveries at job sites.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications:</h2>
<h3>Required Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial sheet metal or HVAC field operations.</li>
<li>Stable employment history.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prior sheet metal shop experience.</li>
<li>Journeyman License.</li>
<li>Trade school education or training.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Skills & Competencies:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li>
<li>Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and HVAC installation practices.</li>
<li>Ability to fabricate offsets and fittings.</li>
<li>Proficiency with hand and power tools.</li>
<li>Ability to perform basic material takeoffs.</li>
<li>Experience installing HVAC equipment.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and productivity.</li>
<li>Effective communication and teamwork skills.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Education:</h2>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>
<li>Trade School certification preferred.</li>
<li>Journeyman License preferred.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Physical Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Vision correctable to 20/50.</li>
<li>Ability to stand and work for extended periods.</li>
<li>Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds safely.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Ability to work at heights.</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including shift work and overtime as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Additional Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Valid Driver’s License.</li>
<li>OSHA 10 Certification.</li>
<li>Must provide basic hand tools.</li>
<li>Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely.</li>

Base Salary - USD $48,000 to $70,000
