COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $23.00/hour
• Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
• Temporary Assignment (2–3 months)
• W2 Temporary

ROLE IMPACT
Support the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department by ensuring maintenance requests, vendor communications, and work order updates are processed accurately and efficiently. Success in this role is measured by timely coordination, accurate system updates, organized documentation, and effective communication with vendors and internal teams to keep maintenance operations running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enter and maintain maintenance requests, work orders, and vendor updates in FEXA, ServiceNow, and other internal systems.
• Coordinate vendor outreach and follow up to confirm service completion, quality, and invoice submission.
• Monitor maintenance tickets to ensure timely completion and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of work orders, service reports, and vendor communications.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve maintenance issues, discrepancies, and scheduling delays while ensuring data accuracy across all systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, maintenance coordination, or a similar office environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting facilities management, property maintenance, or vendor coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests while meeting deadlines.
