Click here Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Salary: £25000 - £30000 Sector: IT Support Type: Permanent Posted: 05/21/2025 We’re working with a fast-growing tech business in the fintech space who are looking for a proactive Junior Support Analyst to join their support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology and a passion for customer service to gain experience in a high-performing team, working with both internal and external users. Shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm (rotating). What You’ll Be Doing - Responding to user queries via phone, email, and chat - Logging and prioritising support tickets - Assisting users with platform features and onboarding - Troubleshooting and reporting bugs - Creating and updating user FAQs and support content - Managing client user accounts and setup - Providing feedback on user experience to product teams - Producing regular reports on user activity What We’re Looking For - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Word - Ideally some previous experience in tech/software/IT support - Ideally a degree in computer science or a relevant field - Strong organisation and time management skills - Calm under pressure and a strong problem-solver - Friendly, approachable, and a real team player Interested?
