About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and highly organised Team Assistant looking to join a powerhouse investment firm based in their boutique division. <br><br>If you’ve built a strong foundation over the last five years with at least two spent navigating the pace and precision of financial services/investment sector, then this is your opportunity to step into a more influential, high‑exposure support role.<br> <br>You’ll join a collaborative, supportive, and high‑performing team working closely with Associates and Managing Directors. You’ll play a central role in keeping the team running smoothly and be at an advantage to gain a deeper insight into the workings of this division. <br> <br><strong><em>What you’ll take ownership of</em></strong><br><ul><li>Managing complex, fast‑moving calendars for Associates, MDs and senior team members</li><li>Coordinating meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones</li><li>Organising domestic and international travel with accuracy and confidence</li><li>Processing expenses, invoices, and a range of administrative tasks</li><li>Supporting team queries and stepping in wherever needed</li><li>Providing phone and holiday cover as part of a close‑knit, collaborative team</li></ul> <br><strong><em>What you’ll bring</em></strong><br><ul><li><strong>5+ years’ experience</strong> in administrative or team support roles</li><li><strong>At least 2 years in financial services or investment</strong> - essential for understanding the pace, expectations, and precision required</li><li>A proactive, composed, and solutions‑focused approach</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ambition to grow into a high‑level assistant role</li></ul> <br>This is a 12-month role and in the office 5 days (no hybrid).<br> <br>£26 inclusive of holiday pay, plus overtime pay.<br> <br><strong><em>If you’re ambitious and personable individual looking to grow into an exceptional EA, then this role offers the perfect platform for you. </em></strong>
