This is an exciting time to join Together We Care, as we continue to develop and transform our offer. We are looking for an Assistant Team Manager who can support our commitment to performance, continuous improvement and service growth.
Working as part of the Operational Management Team, Assistant Team Managers provide oversight and management for the day-to-day operational delivery of any designated team(s) within Together We Care, including Supported Living, Respite and Day Services; the post holder may be required to work in any of the areas listed as an Assistant Team Manager as needed.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to manage safety, quality, and performance across services, including Care Quality Commission regulated and inspected provision. Developing individual plans, managing risk and knowledge of safeguarding processes will be required. You will be confident in multi-agency working and be able to develop professional networks.
With skills and experience to manage, supervise and monitor teams, you will be required to support Team Managers and Registered Managers in the effective and compliant delivery of regulated services.
Well-developed knowledge and skills in using relevant IT systems are required.
You will have at least a NVQ Level 3 In Adult Health and Social Care, a Diploma level 5, Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification.
