We are seeking an
experienced and strategic HR leader to join our team as an Associate Director
or Director of Human Resources. This role will oversee core HR functions
including benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and
performance management, while helping to strengthen people operations and
organizational effectiveness. Must be on-site 2-3 days per week.

The Associate
Director/Director of HR will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR
operations and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and internal
policies. This role will also play a key part in enhancing employee experience
through effective performance management, benefits administration, and HR
process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
On-site 2-3 days per week
Oversee benefits
administration and employee support
Manage leave programs (FMLA,
ADA) and workers’ compensation compliance
Ensure HR and regulatory
compliance across all policies
Lead performance management
processes (reviews and goal setting)
Administer PTO policies and
tracking
Support talent operations,
including onboarding, training, and development
Partner with leadership to
enhance HR processes and employee engagement
Plus: Assist with recruiting
and talent acquisition
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
(commensurate with experience)
Bonus: 10% annual
performance bonus

Requirements:
7+ years of progressive
experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on benefits administration
Demonstrated knowledge of HR
compliance, employment laws, and leave management (FMLA, ADA)
Experience managing
performance management systems and HR operations
Strong organizational,
communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate both
strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: Experience in
people/talent operations (onboarding, training, learning & development)
Preferred: Recruiting or
talent acquisition experience
