PSR Solutions are proud to be working with a respected, national care provider in the search for a dynamic and accomplished Service Manager to lead an established elderly and dementia nursing home in Central London.

Our client is seeking a strong, inspirational leader who can take control, provide stability, and continue to drive excellence in care quality and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to build on a solid foundation and bring fresh energy and direction to a well-regarded service. There is a full time Clinical Deputy Manager in place to support and work in conjunction with the Home Manager.

Key Skills:

• Nurse-qualification - desirable not essential
• Possess a recognised management qualification NVQ4/5 and previous CQC registration experience
• Proven leadership experience in managing a nursing or residential care home
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings
• Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care
• Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and occupancy
• Confident, proactive, and compassionate with excellent communication skills
