Employee wellbeing At Zurich, we want all our employees to feel happy, healthy and supported at work. Our approach to employee wellbeing Wellbeing is the way we think and feel about ourselves, our confidence, and our ability to control things in our life, both at home and at work. At Zurich, we recognise that personal circumstances – and the demands and challenges we face balancing our home and working lives – can change over time. We have an integrated wellbeing plan that focuses on four core dimensions of wellbeing – physical, mental, social and financial. We consider each one as equally important towards having a productive and fulfilling working life. We also consider the same four dimensions in our approach to customer wellbeing. What does this mean in practice? There are various ways we support different areas of employee wellbeing.
