We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and reliable Care Team Leader to join a friendly and dedicated care team on a permanent, full-time basis working day shifts across 36 hours per week.

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and reliable Care Team Leader to join a friendly and dedicated care team on a permanent, full-time basis working day shifts across 36 hours per week.
Package:
- £24,691 per annum, overtime available

Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting the care team during shifts.
- Administering and recording medication where required
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Updating care plans and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with families and healthcare professionals
- Ensuring a safe, person-centred and positive environment
- Mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
- Escalating any safeguarding or welfare concerns appropriately.
- Previous experience within a care setting
- Experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader desirable
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable and proactive approach
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example.
- Medication training advantageous
