Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience considered) 2+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP or accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred) Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience supporting internal and external audits Knowledge of fixed asset, prepaid, and accrual accounting Familiarity with sales & use tax calculations and remittance Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing Other Requirements: Fully onsite in Conover, NC Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Take the next step in your accounting career and become a trusted team member in a growing manufacturing organization.
