The Hours You’ll Work;    

  • 08.00am till 16.00pm

  • Then 06.00am till 14.00pm / 14.00pm till 22.00pm

  • MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Shildon area.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Maintain and control quality documentation including inspection records, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and material certifications.

  • Coordinate with warehouse, quality assurance, and customer service teams to gather and file inspection data, test results, and batch records.

  • Support internal audits and process improvements by scheduling, documenting findings, and following up on actions.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, generating CoCs, and responding to quality-related inquiries.

  • Ensure traceability of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Contribute to counterfeit parts prevention and foreign object debris (FOD) programs through record-keeping and awareness support.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the QC team and maintain compliance with aerospace quality standards.

About You;

  • Minimum 2-3 years in quality administration, document control, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in aerospace, coatings/chemicals, or regulated industries (e.g., AS9100-certified) preferred.

  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and aerospace regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and QMS software (e.g., ETQ, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing large volumes of records.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication for preparing reports and interacting with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
