At GTT, we’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, forecasting performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong financial modeling skills with business partnership, curiosity, and a continuous-improvement mindset. About the Role As a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A, you will support forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the business. You will partner closely with leaders to understand key drivers, communicate insights, and improve financial processes using modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy, clarity of assumptions, and alignment with strategic priorities Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results Build and maintain dynamic financial models with multiple variables and sensitivities Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through insights and scenario analysis Prepare and present executive-level financial reporting with clear narrative and business impact Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data quality Support finance initiatives, system enhancements, and cross-functional projects while mentoring junior analysts Essential Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and variance analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling Experience using Power BI or similar data visualization tools Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders Nice to Have FP&A experience in a technology, telecom, or SaaS environment Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools Experience leveraging automation, AI-driven tools, or advanced analytics Comfort managing ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments Hours/Travel/Shift: Standard business hours; minimal travel expected.
