You will work with a range of clients within the Financial Services world. If you&#8217;re client‑focused, technically strong, commercially aware and passionate about developing others, this role offers the scope to support clients with complex international assignments while advancing your leadership journey.</p> </p> <p>You&#8217;ll play a key role across both compliance and advisory work &#8211; leading delivery, managing risk, and driving innovative solutions that support globally mobile employees. From multi‑jurisdictional tax matters to strategic mobility planning, no two days will be the same.</p> </p> <p>Day to day, your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Advising on a full spectrum of international mobility and expatriate tax issues.</li> <li>Managing complex global tax projects for well‑known, multinational clients.</li> <li>Overseeing a varied portfolio involving both UK inbound assignees and outbound expatriates.</li> <li>Delivering accurate, timely work across compliance, advisory and broader people‑strategy engagements.</li> <li>Leading and reviewing work within the team, ensuring quality and risk management.</li> <li>Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal specialists across tax, immigration, employment tax and reward.</li> <li>Contributing to innovative approaches and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>To succeed, you will require:</p> <ul> <li>Strong technical expertise in expatriate tax and global mobility.</li> <li>Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and delivering high‑quality work.</li> <li>Excellent communication and client‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>A strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving capability.</li> <li>Detail‑oriented, organised, and confident handling multiple priorities.</li> <li>A collaborative team player with demonstrable leadership and project‑management skills.</li> <li>Ability to build long‑lasting client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.</li> </ul> <p>These roles are London based and offer hybrid working.</p> <p>You&#8217;ll join an inclusive, supportive environment where your development matters.
