The Field Marketing Specialist will support Field Marketing Managers and Heads of across Healthcare, SLED (State, Local Government, and Education), and Federal segments. This role focuses on assisting with the execution of campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing activities that drive pipeline and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Field Marketing Managers and their leaders in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to segment priorities

Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer briefings

Support campaign execution tasks such as email sends, list management, asset coordination, and follow-up tracking

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts and timely communication

Track campaign activities and help compile performance reports, including engagement and pipeline metrics

Manage administrative aspects of marketing programs, including calendar coordination, vendor support, and budget tracking

Maintain accurate records in marketing, Project Management and CRM systems

Qualifications:

1–3+ years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordination (B2B or tech experience preferred)

Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Familiarity with marketing tools (Salesforce, Splash, SmartSheets, Zoom) is a plus
