About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and exceptional Assistant to join a leading investment firm. You will be supporting the coordination of high-profile investor roadshows in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.<br><br>You will play a key support role in ensuring the smooth execution of non-deal roadshows, assisting with logistics, diary management, travel arrangements, investor materials, and day-to-day coordination across a busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and build a strong foundation for your career.<br><br>This role requires meticulous attention to detail and is ideal for someone in their career who is eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and confident in their communication when liaising with internal stakeholders and executives.<br><br><strong><em>Responsibilities include, but are not limited too:</em></strong><br><ul><li>Arranging all calendar invites, ensuring invites are correct in both investor and corporate calendars</li><li>Updating the internal scheduling system</li><li>Managing last minute changes </li><li>Suggesting flights, booking hotels, transfers, catering and arranging visas </li><li>Preparation of investor profiles and printing presentations</li><li>Expenses</li></ul><br><strong><em>Skills:</em></strong> <br><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills - ability to multi-task, follow up and prioritise effectively</li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Willingness to be part of a team</li><li>An independent thinker</li><li>Calm under pressure, especially in a busy environment<strong> </strong></li></ul><br>You must have a minimum of <strong>1 - 3 years of experience as an Assistant, ideally within financial services or a professional services.<br><br></strong>If you have had corporate access exposure supporting a non-deal team, this is a bonus! <br><br>5 days in | £200 day rate inclusive of holiday | 12 months | Opportunity/flexibility to travel to London<br><br><em><strong>A great opportunity to step into a global investment firm, develop your skills, and build a long-term career investment or corporate access as a Roadshow Coordinator.</strong></em><strong><br></strong>
