Health & Safety Coordinator – Contract (3–6 Months)

We are currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Coordinator to support a busy volume manufacturing environment on a short‑term contract. This is an immediate start opportunity, with flexible engagement options including contractor or fixed‑term contract for an initial 3–6 months.

The Health & Safety Coordinator will provide hands‑on support across health and safety data, documentation, and reporting, working closely with site leadership to maintain compliance and improve safety standards during a busy period.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating health and safety documentation
• Producing weekly health and safety reports
• Managing Excel‑based spreadsheets covering near misses and accidents
• Following up on incidents and issuing accident reports
• Ensuring all accident and incident documentation is fully completed
• Supporting specific health and safety tasks including COSHH labelling

This Health & Safety Coordinator position requires prior experience in a volume manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
