About the Role
We are looking for a PAYROLL SPECIALIST to support our client with a temporary position for up to 2months. The Payroll Specialist supports the day-to-day processing of the payroll service, ensuring that the service is delivered in an accurate,<br> efficient and a timely manner, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service at all times. The Payroll Specialist is a key component in ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.<br><br>Knowledge & Skills Required:<br><br>· Working knowledge of ADP Global View<br><br>· Awareness and knowledge of current Payroll related legislation and HMRC guidelines<br><br>· Experience and knowledge of occupational pension schemes<br><br>· Experience and knowledge of Time & Attendance systems<br><br><br>Behaviours Required<br><br>· Strong customer service focus<br><br>· Positive and professional attitude, with flexible approach in ways of working to support the payroll team overall<br><br>· Awareness of the confidential information and matters handled on daily basis, knowledge of GDPR requirements in handling<br><br>personal data of colleagues<br><br>· Ability to work in fast paced environment, being organised, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and communication<br><br>· Ability to work to deadlines and to self-regulate own workload<br><br>· Ability to contribute to team objectives and to sharing of knowledge and skills<br><br>· Understanding and awareness of company policies, procedures, and local site agreements and how they can affect payroll<br><br>processing<br><br><br>Experience and Qualifications Required<br><br>· At least 1 years payroll experience in a fast paced, similar role<br><br>· Strong computer literacy, particular knowledge and skill set in using Excel and other MO applications<br><br>· CIPP qualified, working toward or happy to undertake<br><br>Apply now for an immediate start.
