About the Role

Position We are looking for a Taiwan-based Associate Portfolio Manager (APM), specializing in Multi-Asset strategies. The APM is responsible for the implementation of investment strategies for Multi-Asset portfolios and will work closely with counterparts around the globe. The role has both local Taiwan fund responsibilities and regional/global responsibilities across multi-asset products, supporting globally managed strategies and mandates. Associate Portfolio Managers are responsible for ensuring that portfolio strategy is applied to individual accounts by demonstrating a deep understanding of investment products and operational policies and procedures spanning Equity, Fixed Income, Fund of Fund and derivative investments. Job Description The Associate Portfolio Manager will support the Senior Portfolio Management Team. Specific responsibilities may include: Responsible for portfolio implementation in compliance with Taiwan regulatory requirements and established Multi-Asset investment processes, with a primary focus on Taiwan-domiciled mutual funds (SITE funds). ETF experience is a plus. Experience with derivatives instruments such as futures and options is a plus. Responsibilities include preparing investment reports required by local regulators, executing investment decisions, managing portfolio cash flows, conducting post-trade reviews, and ensuring adherence to fund guidelines and internal controls. Liaising with other departments internally, Senior Portfolio Managers, global analysts, Legal/Compliance, Sales/Marketing, Trading, and Investment Operations/Accounting to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance in Taiwan. Participating in project-based initiatives related to implementing new strategies and instrument types across markets. Supporting system enhancements, workflow optimization, and cross-regional coordination efforts within the Multi-Asset platform. Regional responsibilities include supporting implementation and oversight of global multi-asset strategies across regional vehicles and mandates, partnering with global Portfolio Managers to ensure consistent execution of asset allocation and risk management decisions, and monitoring portfolio exposures in alignment with global investment guidelines and firm-wide risk frameworks. Job Qualifications Bachelor/Master’s degree in finance related field Strong analytical ability with solid quantitative skills. Proven problem-solving skills are essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment is required. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills At least 2-year experience in DIM (or SITE) investment related products and/or familiarity with Taiwan regulations as well as DIM (or SITE) investment related restrictions are preferred. Certifications of the Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals is a must.
