Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 2 year PQE – Central London
AJ Chambers are currently recruiting for a RE Finance Solicitor for our client, an established, reputable full-service law firm in London who are seeking a RE Finance Solicitor to join their growing team. Joining a large RE Finance team split with borrower, bridging, development and term lending teams, you will be joining a highly experienced team in a role that offers great progression opportunities. You would be working under a great Partner, alongside a SA & Paralegal. They regularly act for established and new lenders offering unregulated term loans, they assist lender clients in making revolving credit facilities available for their borrowers on a quick and flexible basis, and the team specialises in providing advice for a broad range of lenders in structured finance transactions.
They are looking for:
Ideally 2 year PQE working in a highly functioning Real Estate Finance team
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, efficient and able to prioritise workloads with competing deadlines
Excellent written communication and editing skills; able to write accurate, concise and persuasive text
Someone self-motivated, a great team player with a can-do attitude
