This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced   General Manager that has  Pub  management  experience  within a good quality Village/country pub (ideally independent ) and would thrive in a  Quality Pub , Restaurant environment .

This Pub and restaurant is a well known in the area for supplying top quality fresh food. Lovely accommodation  and a excellent selections of Ales, wines and spirits .  They have a healthy food trade serving up to 100 daily  at this Village Pub and also have a  good locals drinking /eating trade.

 As General Manager you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’ role. As General Manager you will lead a team of 10 . Other duties include running shifts, doing rotas, stock control and ordering , cellar maintenance , cashing up  and general day to day management .

This General Manager role Is a full time, permanent role and is based in a village near Ashbourne – Your own transport is needed due to rural location
