Our client, a well-established company based in Honiton, is looking for a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to join their friendly office team. This is a full-time, office-based role in Honiton, working Monday to Friday, with a salary of up to £29,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support across a range of projects
- Manage customer calls and enquiries when required
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain effective communication
- Update documents, databases, and internal systems
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Maintain overall office administration and organisation
- Support finance-related tasks and projects
- Assist the wider team with ad hoc duties as they arise
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in an administrative role
- Be confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Be a strong multitasker who can manage a varied workload
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative team
