This effort is on-Site in Tewksbury, MA</span></span></span><br />
<span><span><span>Employment type: Full Time W-2 or Contract<br />
Pay Rate: $60-70/hr. Depending on experience and skills match<br />

Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering experience Experience in an engineering design and development environment with at least 2 years of direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.<br />
<br />
Experience leading technical teams and projects <br />
Experience with National Instruments’ <strong>TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience</strong><br />
Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment, i.e. Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.<br />

Prefered Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software<br />
<br />
Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through its development cycle, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital) and domains (hardware, software, firmware)<br />
<br />
Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities<br />
<br />
Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle<br />
<br />
Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget, schedule, and performance commitments<br />
<br />
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.<br />
