The Role

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own client and candidate relationships.

You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging high-calibre legal professionals
• Building relationships with Solicitors and legal teams across the UK
• Supporting clients with hiring projects and talent mapping
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development
• Managing recruitment processes from initial engagement through to offer and placement
• Becoming a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients
• Building market knowledge within the legal sector

This role would suit someone with experience in a commercial, sales or relationship-led environment.

You might currently be working in:

• Business Development

You'll likely possess:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and ambition

• Degree-level education is advantageous but not essential
