<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a <strong>Senior RVN</strong> to join a thriving small animal practice in <strong>North London</strong>, located close to the River Lea. This is a fantastic role for an experienced nurse ready to step into a leadership position within a well-established and supportive team.</p>
<h4>The Role</h4>

<p><strong>Hours:</strong> Full-time, 40 hours per week</p>
<li>
<p><strong>Weekends:</strong> 1:4 Saturday mornings, 1:10 Sundays </p>
<li>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £34,000–£39,000 DOE</p>

<p>This varied role offers the opportunity to take the helm in a busy, popular first opinion clinic with a loyal client base and excellent team spirit. The Senior RVN will oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care and smooth team coordination. Responsibilities include diary management, equipment maintenance, clinical governance, and team engagement.</p>

<p>You’ll be an organised, proactive, and confident <strong>Registered Veterinary Nurse</strong>, passionate about patient care and team development. Prior experience in a senior or leadership capacity would be advantageous, though confident RVNs ready for the next step are also encouraged to apply.</p>
