About the Role
Survey Technician
Phoenix, AZ
We currently have an opening for a full-time MicroStation Survey Technician in our Phoenix office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare right-of-way plans, boundary plats, various exhibits, topographic mapping and digital terrain models for public projects.
- Reduce survey field data, perform records research, and compile site related information.
- Work within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements.
- Proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.
- LSIT certification preferred but not required.
- Associates degree in Land Surveying preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
