Role Overview
A well-established regional law firm is recruiting a PI Fast Track Fee Earner / Solicitor to join their Bolton team. The role involves managing a litigated personal injury caseload from defence stage through to settlement or trial. The position is full-time, permanent, and offers hybrid working.

Candidate Profile / Experience Needed

• 1–2 PQE in litigated personal injury (Fast Track experience preferred)
• Experience managing a personal injury caseload
• Strong case management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving ability
• Client-focused with a professional approach
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
