About our day-to-day: We are seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to join our Recruitment team and support our global hiring efforts. In this role at Port, you will play a key part in identifying and attracting top talent to help drive the organization's growth and success. Your key responsibilities include: Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from launching roles with hiring managers to building pipelines and guiding candidates through a structured interview process, culminating in offer negotiation and securing hires. Partner closely with hiring managers to develop innovative engagement strategies and implement consistent processes that attract the right talent aligned with Port’s business needs. Prioritize a high-quality candidate experience, treating each applicant—whether referred, sourced, or inbound—with equal care and attention. Leverage creativity to develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns that attract top talent and differentiate our employer brand in a competitive market. Use data-driven insights to advise hiring teams, celebrating successes and quickly addressing areas that need improvement or adjustments. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a global tech company. Strong understanding of global recruitment practices and challenges. Strong sourcing capabilities and a flair for creative candidate attraction strategies. Data-oriented mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret recruitment data. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Self-learner, results-oriented, and attentive to details.
