PHX Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring Distribution Center Associates across multiple shifts with full-time and part-time positions available! You’ll report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members. Join our team at 4465 E. Broadway Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85040-8892 Position Details: Day shift:                            PT 30       Monday - Friday             12:00pm - Close (6pm)  PT             Monday- Friday             12:00pm-4:30pm FT            Monday- Friday               9:30am -Close (6pm) The Distribution Center Associate performs warehouse responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing – picking, packing, staging, shipping, general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to guarantee a safe and clean work environment. Ensure compliance with safety requirements by performing inspections and maintenance. You will role report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other DC Associates. You Will: Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team You Have: Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age Frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds Receive feedback and work well in a team environment Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check For PIE operators: operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience
