About the Role
<p><strong>Block Manager- Hertfordshire- Mon- Fri- £30,000- £34,000 </strong></p>
<p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Block Manager<br /> <strong>Salary:</strong> £30,000- £34,000- + Comprehensive package<br /> <strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday -Friday 09:00am- 17:00pm (1 day wfh and 4 day week available)</p>
<p>My client, an award-winning residential managing agent that have done extremely well in the relatively short time that they have been operating are looking for a Block Manager to join the team in Hertfordshire. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio across a varying development size consisting of up to ~500 units. This is a great opportunity to gain more autonomy with a clear progression path! </p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Full management of assigned portfolio</li>
<li>Preparing and managing service charge budgets</li>
<li>Managing planned maintenance</li>
<li>Regular property visits</li>
<li>Continuous improvement of portfolio</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Must have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Block Management experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with AGM’s and Service Charge Budgets</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Highly organised and punctual</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills both verbally and written</li>
<li>A keen problem solver</li>
<li>Client facing</li>
<li>Strong administration and excellent IT skills</li>
<li>Ability to build long-term relationships</li>
<li>Positive and encouraging attitude</li>
</ul>

<li>TPI Qualification</li>
</ul>
