Job description
Responsibilities:
Drive sell-in as per the target assigned by company direction. Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals.
Conduct advanced PSI with customers to ensure sufficient stock availability for assigned channels.
Maintain good standard margin and improve product mix as per company direction.
Sales planning and demand forecast for secured retail to ensure product delivery according to retail meline.
Follow up sell-out performance with PC Supervisor and initiate promotion activities accordingly.
Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to understand and develop sales strategies for assigned channels.
Control off-invoice and other sales spending to enhance efficiency within the allocated budget.
Arrange monthly meetings with customers and occasionally lead business review meetings (half-yearly and yearly) with the Lixil management team.
Negotiate with buyers and solve problems by aiming to seek proper solutions that mutually benefit both the company and customers.
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in retail sales in Dealer channel, E-Commerce and Home Hub
Able to travel to upcountry occasionally.
Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheet, Power Point or Google Slide. Online platform skills preferred
Good attitude, get along well with people and good teamwork.
Possess capabilities to take care of multiple accounts and potential to grow in the sales field.
