About the Role
Large well estabished food manufacturer in Tucker, GA is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position will own the full HR function for a multi-shift manufacturing site and work directly with plant leadership on retention, engagement, and compliance. Salary range is $110,000–$120,000. Direct Hire Responsibilities Serve as an active member of the plant leadership and HR teams, driving both site-level and company-wide HR initiativesManage HR support staff and partner with plant management on employee related issuesInvestigate employee concerns and complaints and recommend resolutionsCoach and train leaders and provide key HR metrics to support decision-makingLead recruitment and onboarding to support retention and staffing goalsIdentify ways to reduce absenteeism and turnover using company dataCommunicate policies, procedures, and compliance updates to the workforceEnsure compliance with federal and state employment lawOversee workers' compensation, FMLA, and leave of absence administrationAdminister performance review programsConduct an annual equity audit and keep job descriptions currentManage the HR department budgetSupport the site's food safety and quality programs Requirements Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field5+ years of HR management in a manufacturing environmentExperience supporting a multi-shift production facilityWorking knowledge of federal and state employment lawExperience with HRIS systems Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certificationADP experience To apply for the Human Resources Manager position, submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application at impactstaffing.com.
