As Assistant Hotel Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across the hotel.
You’ll lead and support the front-of-house team, ensure a smooth guest journey, and uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
They are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role within hotels or restaurants and strong leadership and communication skills.
You will:
Assist in the management of hotel operations, including reception, restaurant, and housekeeping
Lead, train, and motivate the team
Support with recruitment, rotas, and performance management
Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and handling feedback professionally
Ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance are met
