About the Role
HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers – Bradford/Leeds Area<br><br><strong>Pertemps</strong> are currently looking to speak with <strong>HGV Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) drivers</strong> for a variety of ongoing and upcoming opportunities across the <strong>Wakefield and surrounding areas</strong>.<br><br><br> What’s on offer<br><br><ul><li><strong>Class 1 pay:</strong> £16.00 – £22.00 per hour</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Class 2 pay:</strong> £14.00 – £18.00 per hour</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Day and night shifts available</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Various start times to suit</strong></li></ul><ul><li><strong>Flexible shift patterns</strong> (full-time, part-time, weekends, tramping) </li></ul><br>🚚 Types of work may include<br> <br><ul><li>Trunking and RDC work</li></ul><ul><li>General haulage</li></ul><ul><li>Curtain sider work</li></ul><ul><li><strong>Some roles may involve manual handling/handball</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Load securing (e.g. strapping)</li></ul><br><br>✅ Requirements<br> <br><ul><li>Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence</li></ul><ul><li>Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card</li></ul><ul><li>No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum experience preferred but not essential for all roles</li></ul><br><br>📍 Location<br> <br><ul><li>Work available across Bradford<strong> and surrounding areas</strong></li></ul><br> <br>📞 How to Apply<br> <br><br>To find out more or to apply, please call <strong>Amy or Caitlin at Pertemps Sheffield on 0114 242 5653</strong><br><br>or email your CV to <strong>sheffielddriving@pertemps.co.uk</strong>
