Senior Construction Non-Contentious Lawyer

Our client is a well-known City firm seeking to expand its top-tier, non-contentious Construction team with a Senior Associate (5+ PQE). The role sits within the construction practice that supports clients across the full lifecycle of built-environment projects. The team provides guidance from early feasibility, planning and design stages through procurement, supply-chain engagement, project delivery and final completion.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• Demonstrated experience in non-contentious construction law gained within a leading practice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• A proactive approach and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client management skills
• Proactive team player with a commercial approach
