In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.</span></span></p><p> </p><br><p><strong>Convenience Transportation, LLC</strong>, a subsidiary of Kwik Trip, Inc., services our 850+ retail store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, and South Dakota. Within the Petroleum Department we have over 25 parking domiciles that we hire drivers between Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with ELD units for communication with all drivers and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop. We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working, and change orientated Dispatch co-worker. We are looking for a detail orientated individual that is dynamic with outside of the box thinking and working through challenging logistical/fuel directive initiatives. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning and is comfortable completing multiple tasks and operational/logistical responsibilities at once. This individual should be confident in talking on a phone and working with many different drivers on multiple different scenarios. This opportunity is at our La Crosse, WI campus.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Route construction and planning fleet movement</li><li>Route assignment</li><li>Communicate with co-workers, stores, and internal departments</li><li>Assist drivers with questions and troubleshooting issues</li><li>Offer support to other dispatch and management team members</li><li>Assist the Distribution Division Team in projects, regulatory compliance, and other operations related matters</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Possess at least 1-3 years of Transportation/Logistics experience or equivalent experience/education</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to process, interpret, and communicate both verbal and written information to co-workers and customers in a professional manner</li><li>Ability to remain calm in a stressful work environment</li><li>Accurate/detail oriented</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Prioritize/manage multiple tasks</li><li>Work well alone or as part of a team</li><li>Work well with minimal supervision</li><li>Possess strong time management/organizational skills</li><li>Ability to complete basic math computations</li><li>Coordinate efforts of multiple parties</li><li>Work in a safety conscious environment</li><li>Strong ability to operate a personal computer</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products</li><li>Possess strong data entry skills</li><li>Experience in an AS400 environment is a plus</li><li>Experience working with GeoTab electronic logging is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety/DOT Regulations is a plus</li><li>Knowledge of delivery equipment is a plus</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>Variable AM Schedule 42-48 hrs per week working 10-12 hr shifts including regular weekend days</p><br>Kwik Trip, Inc. is a family-owned, Midwest company, in operation since 1965.
